The Drexel Group was founded in 1994 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.¬† We are commonwealth certified as a locally owned and operated full-service staffing agency by the Pennsylvania Bureau of Minority and Women Business Opportunities. The Drexel Group is also certified as a woman-owned business by WBENC, the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and is a member of the Anserteam, a member owned network of the top independently owned staffing companies in the United States and Canada.

We are proud to say that all of our staff members are Certified Staffing Professionals as designated  by the American Staffing Association. With our combined industry experience of over 50 years in the staffing industry, plus our exceptional connections and relationships throughout the state, we provide our clients with efficient, accurate service.

And because we don’t answer to a corporate home office in another state, we make our own policies, we make our own decisions, and we can respond quickly and flexibly to our customers’ needs.

We provide on-call assistance to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will always be able to reach a staff member by phone if you have an issue.

Drexel Dining

In 2007, we launched a new division, Drexel Dining, where our services are targeted specifically to the hospitality industry. We offer well-trained staff and a versatile workforce 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet the hospitality industry’s need for banquet servers, bartenders, cooks, and chefs. On-site coordinators and lead servers are available for larger assignments. Drexel Dining can also meet the hospitality industry’s administrative needs.
